Avocado + Egg | Easy Breakfast for Baby
I N G R E D I E N T S
½ to 1 whole organic
avocado, ripe
1 small slice
of organic banana, ripe (about ½-1 inch piece)
1 cooked (hard boiled) free-range organic egg yolk
D I R E C T I O N S
Peel and pit avocado, scoop out with a spoon. Slice banana. Hard
boil eggs on your “prep day” and again every few days (I only do 4 eggs at a
time as to keep them fresh). Mash all together and serve.
This is a great way to offer healthy fats, protein and a
little bit of a treat with the banana. If Olivia is extra hungry, I offer the
whole avocado and two egg yolks and leave the banana at the same amount.
