Protein
Our favorite kind of protein is Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein Powder. It is paleo, gluten free, dairy free, gut-friendly, low sugar (1 g per serving) and low carb. It's also non-GMO and tastes amazing. We often add it to unsweetened almond milk and make smoothies and protein shakes with it for ourselves and Olivia and Penelope

Most protein powders, even those that claim to be "all natural" are whey-based (dairy) and full of sugar and additives. This kind was recommended to me by our chiropractor earlier this year and we have been hooked ever since.

Our favorite flavors are...
Vanilla -- The most versatile for smoothies, shakes, etc
Chocolate
Banana Creme -- Mix with unsweetened almond milk, a spoonful of almond butter and ice and its like banana cream pie in a cup but super healthy!}

Also available in...
Pure -- Unflavored...great for adding to baking and savory recipes)
Turmeric -- Delicious when added to hot water as a soup base, you can add favorite herbs and a bay leaf and grass fed butter, perfect for Fall and Wintertime; also great in other savory recipes
